At EastEndTech’s sole & total discretion you may be billed for services provided through this page at a rate of $150/hour.  Time is billed in completed 10 minute increments ($25 increment) with a minimum charge of one increment.  Invoices are issued through Paypal to the email address you provide.  You may pay by credit card through Paypal even if you don’t have a Paypal account.

You are on the honor system with regard to invoice payment.
